Born and Raised in Toronto. Gabby was always a creative and innovative individual growing up. From fingerpainting to a paint brush, Gabby always explored different mediums in her artwork. Her art experienced peaked in High School where she found a place to feel confident in her work and continue to experiment. Many of her friends and collages from High School went on to Sheridan or OCAD University to continue their Art Career, yet Gabby was taught not to follow passions in her career choices. "Art is hobby, not a career." Those words stick with her in all her decisions in life. So, Gabby went and studied Electrical Engineering and Elevating Devices at Durham College (Whitby, Ontario), from 2016 to now Gabby has been focused on completing her apprenticeship and was successful in passing her Trade Exam from the Ministry and is now a fully-licensed Elevator Mechanic (as of October 2022). Yet, with being successful Career-wise; Gabby has longed for the chance when she can bring out her Art work and Creative practices to life again. New friends, and new outlook on life; Gabby is now at the point where she found her art form that allows her to feel good about her work. She discovered the Art form of Linoleum Prints back in her earlier days in High School. This relaxing and almost therapeutic process has allowed Gabby to come back from a world of mechanics to a creative space where possibilities are endless.
